I am obsessed with this string cheese. So much so that I order every year (in the winter months) because I live in Maryland. A coworker introduced me to this company years ago, and I still have no problem paying the shipping fee because it is WORTH IT! I will say that this first lb I opened this delivery is a smidge on the drier than usual side, but nothing I couldn’t get past.

We ordered this cheese to be delivered to our home in Connecticut after visiting Hawkeye this summer. Just as delicious as when we first had it! Now we can share with all our family and friends.

It is a special treat to get really good cheese. I am not able toi usually get it unless someone know happens to be headed to Wisconsin. My mouth strarts watering just from the smell.
