We gave this cheese to our children. They remember it as Great-Grandpas cheese. I have been eating fresh Colby cheese since I was real young visiting Wisconsin. This cheese is even better than in any store we have bought from. Thank You for helping us share our favorite cheese with our family around the country!

I love this cheese. It's so fresh that you get squeaks when you eat it. It's sort of crumbly sometimes so I just eat it on it's own. We tried grilled cheese with it, but it wasn't as good as just eating it alone. This is a very special cheese.
