1. Great Colby

   Cheese was purchased as a gift for my sister. She thought the cheese had a very good texture and flavor was very good. Colby is a mild cheese but she thought it was a little milder than she remembered her old Colby cheese brand (which is no longer available).
   However she did state that her taste buds aren't what they used to be.
